摘要
目的研究无醇型消毒凝胶的制备及其杀菌效果,为研制消毒型医用超声耦合剂提供参考。方法通过特殊配方工艺和滤膜法,对以羧甲基纤维素钠为基质和三氯生为杀菌成分的消毒凝胶进行实验室制备,并观察其杀菌效果。结果制得的消毒凝胶呈无色透明凝胶。用含量10 g/L三氯生消毒凝胶原液浸泡作用1.0 min,对载体上金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌平均杀灭对数值均>5.0。该消毒凝胶原液涂抹作用人体皮肤,作用5.0 min,对皮肤表面自然菌的平均杀灭对数值均为1.77。结论该消毒凝胶剂物理性状及其杀菌效果基本达到设计要求。
Objective To study the preparation method of no alcohol - based disinfectant gel and its sterilization efficacy so as to provide a reference for the development of medical ultrasound coupling agent. Methods Using sodium carboxym- ethyl cellulose as basis material and triclosan as germicidal components, the disinfectant gel was preparated by special for- mulation process and its disinfection efficacy was determined by membrane filter method in laboratory. Results The preparated gel was colorless. The average killing log values of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans on strains tablets soaked to the gel with 10 g,/L triclosan for 1.0 min were all 〉 5.0. Wiped human skin with the dope gel for 5.0 min, the average killing log value of the natural bacterial on the skin surface is 1.77. Conclusion The physical properties and disinfection efficacy of the disinfectant gel meet the design requirements.
