凉山州行政企事业单位人员艾滋病防治基本知识和政策知晓情况 被引量:1

Awareness of basic knowledge and policy of HIV/AIDS control and prevention among public institutions in Liangshan Autonomous Prefecture

摘要 目的了解凉山州行政企事业单位人员,对艾滋病防治知识及政策的掌握情况,为评价健康教育效果和针对性开展工作提供依据。方法采用两阶段抽样,对凉山州艾工委成员单位、一般企事业单位、卫生系统单位、教育系统单位,4类单位12 000人进行邮寄问卷调查。结果共获得有效问卷7813份,艾工委成员单位、一般企事业单位、卫生系统单位、教育系统单位人员的艾滋病知识和政策知识总得分,分别为(92.4±9.9)分、(88.2±10.0)分、(90.9±9.5)分和(74.5±24.6)分。其中,艾滋病防治基本知识得分,分别为(45.8±4.6)分、(43.6±4.3)分、(44.4±4.3)分和(38.3±10.4)分;国家艾滋病防治法律法规和地方策略措施得分,分别为(46.6±5.2)分、(44.7±3.6)分、(46.5±5.4)分和(36.7±12.6)分。结论在健康教育工作中,要以行政企事业单位人员为重点,同时向普通大众进行传播,要加强学校尤其是职业技术学校的健康教育工作,要提高健康教育的针对性和实效性。 Objective To study the awareness of basic knowledge and policy of HIV/AIDS control and prevention among public institutions in Liangshan, so as to provide a pasis for evaluating the effect of health education and carry out work accordingly. Method A questionnaire was conducted among 12,000 participants from 4 kinds of institutes, including labor union units, general enterprises and nonprofit organizations, health system units and education system units. Results There were 7813 eligible questionnaires in the survey. The scores for awareness of basic knowledge and policy among labor union units, general enterprises and nonprofit organizations, health system units and education system units were (92.4 ±9.9), (88.2 ± 10.0), (90.9 ± 9.5) and (74.5 ± 24.6), respectively. Among them, the basic knowledge scores were (45.8±4. 6) ,(43.6±4.3) ,(44. 4±4.3) and (38. 3±10.4), respectively, and the policy knowledge scores were (46.6±5.2) ,(44.7±3.6) ,(46.5±5.4) and (36.7±12.6), respectively. Conclusion It should be better to spread to the general public through the unit personnel in health education, strengthen the health education work of occupation technical school, and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of health education
