摘要 利用有限单元法对发电机机体进行建模与模态分析,分别计算在自由无约束状态下和约束状态下的前15阶模态的固有频率和振型.通过动态系统建模与分析,得到了结构模态参数,通过模态实验验证了自由状态下的模态分析法更具合理性.另外,通过模态分析可知,结构的固有频率不仅和材料属性,如重量、刚度、阻尼等有关,同时还与边界约束条件有关. By using FEM method to create the modelling and to perform modal analysis for generator frame, the lowest natural frequencies and mode shapes for the first 15th modes are calculated under Free-Free status and constrained all DOF status respectively. By experimental modal analysis, verifying the Free-Free status analysis is a more reasonable method for modal analysis. In addition, the natural frequency and mode shape not only relates to material properties ( mass, stiffness, damping properties), but also relates to boundary condition ( mounting ).
