摘要
提出了一种基于Profibus-PA的多通道温度变送器的硬件设计方案.分别阐述了该方案中信号采集、ARM处理平台、系统电源、通信系统4个部分的设计原理与选型思路.此设计支持Profibus-PA通信协议,利用单协议栈实现多通道温度测量,同时提供数据的高速、可靠传输,实现了由Profibus-PA总线供电,以应用于具有本质安全防护要求的场合.
A design hardware of multi-channel temperature transmitter based on Profibus-PA is proposed. The design principle for ARM processing platform, system power supply and communication system is described. Ideas of device selection on each part of the system are explained. This design supports Profibus-PA communication protocol, using a single protocol stack to get the multi-channel temperature measurement, while providing high-speed and reliable transmission of data. This design can be Profibus-PA bus-powered, which can be applied to the situation of security protection required place.
