Research about Innovation in Party Organizations in the Basic Level Leading Social Administration in the Basic Level

社会管理是执政党的重要职责,中国共产党作为执政党,是各项事业的领导核心,在社会管理创新中居于核心地位。基层党组织是实现社会管理创新最直接、最基本、最有效的力量。基层党建与基层社会管理在理念、对象、内容、方式等方面存在耦合性。基层党组织应该从理念、设置模式、活动方式、主体等方面的创新来引领基层社会管理创新。

Social administration is one of important responsibilities of the ruling party. As the ruling party, CPC is the leading core for all causes including innovation of social administration. Party organizations in the basic level are the most direct, basic and effective power in realizing social administration innovations. Party construction in the basic level is coupling with social administration in the basic level from ideology, objects, contents and methodology perspectives; therefore, party organizations in the basic level should lead social administration innovation in the basic level from ideology, modes, activities and main body perspectives.
