摘要
某公司300 kt/a乙烯装置裂解炉管线破裂,导致裂解气外泄引发局部火灾。经分析管线破裂的原因为应力超限。采取调整管道支吊架,重新分布管系荷载,改变管道局部应力等方案,实施后管线运行平稳,再没有发生破裂现象。
The ethylene pyrolyzer pipeline of a 30 kt /a ethylene plant is ruptured,leading to pyrolysis gas leak and local fire. This paper presents the measures that are taken to adjust the pipe supports and hangers for redistribution piping loads,and to change the local piping stress etc.. After the implementation of above measures,the operation of pipeline is smooth and pipeline break does not occur.
