Explore Affecting Factors on Soft PVC Material to Evaporation Residue

研究了PVC树脂、增塑剂及填料对PVC垫片接触材料的蒸发残渣性能的影响。结果表明,聚合度越大的PVC树脂,制备的PVC垫片接触材料的蒸发残渣越小,且在正己烷浸泡介质条件下,不易采用种子乳液法的树脂。对于接触酸性食品应选择DX-360增塑剂及T4类填料,接触油性食品应选择ATBC增塑剂及T2类填料。

The effect of PVC gasket contact materials on the evaporation residue was investigated, which include PVC resin, plasticizer and filler. The results indicate that the evaporation residue is smaller as the greater the degree of polymerization of PVC resin, and don＇t be adopted the seed emulsion polymerization of resin under the condition of n-hexane immersion medium. It should adopt the plasticizer of DX-360 and T4 filler for contact with acidic foods; but should adopt ATBC plasticizer and T2 filler when contact oily food should.
