Synthetic Improvement of a- hydroxy Isopropyl Benzene Ketone

文章通过对文献[1]进行深入剖析,在前人工作的基础上对a-羟基异丙基苯甲酮合成进行了改进。经过实验,单步反应收率得到很大提高。总收率从66.2%提高到84.6%,同时减少了溶剂的使用,大大降低了生产成本,为工业化提供了可靠的参考依据。

Based on researches in literature [1], and on the basis of predecessors＇ work of a - hydroxy isopropyl benzene ketone is improved. Through the experiment, single step reaction yield is greatly improved. Overall yield from 66.2 % to 84.6 %, while reducing the use of solvents, greatly reduces the production cost, provides the reliable reference for the industrialization.
