摘要
水产品中的孔雀石绿(MG)因其致癌、致畸、致突变等毒副作用对人类健康产生严重危害,近年来违规使用MG的事件引起广泛关注。因此对水产品中MG及其代谢物隐性孔雀石绿(LMG)的检测日益重要。文章对现有的MG样品预处理和主要检测方法进行概述并比较其优缺点,对MG检测方法今后的发展方向进行展望,以期为MG残留的检测及相关研究提供参考。
Malachite green (MG) in aquatic products have serious harm to human health because of its carcinogenic, teratogenic and mutagenic toxicity character, the events of illegal using of MG caused widespread attention in recent years. So the detection for MG and its metabolite leucomalachite green (LMG) in aquatic product becoming more and more important. In the paper, the research progress of existing MG sample pretreatment and the main methods for determining was summarized, and their advantages and disadvantages was compared, then their future development direction of detection methods for MG was prospected, aiming to provide some references for relative studies on detection for MG residue.
