摘要 乳化液广泛应用机械加工过程,长时间使用会后会因为高温和微生物的作用而变质失效,从而产生高浓度有机废液。由于其有机物和油类的浓度极高,故环境风险较大。膜技术在含油废水处理中具有其它技术无法比拟的优势。文章对膜技术在乳化液废水处理中的应用进展进行了评述,详细阐述了用于乳化液废水的膜组件、材料以及膜法处理乳化液过程中的强化过滤技术。 Emulsions are widely used in machining, which would go bad after a period of time due to heating and microbial activity. Emulsion wastewaters pose a great threat for environment because of high organic and oil content. Membrane offers many advantages over other technologies. The paper reviewed the application progress for membrane technology for emulsion wastewater treatment, and discussed the membrane module, membrane materials and physicochemical enhanced filtration methods in treatment oily wastewater by membrane.
