摘要 新疆某硫氰酸红霉素生产废水,具有污水成分复杂,含大量高毒性物质,硫酸盐及有机物浓度高,悬浮物含量高,色度深,易产生泡沫等特点,采用了以生化处理为主,高级氧化技术为辅的污水处理技术路线,处理规模为10000 m3/d。结果表明:该设计处理效果佳,稳定性好,出水各指标达到了《化学合成类制药工业水污染物排放标准》(GB21904-2008)和《发酵类制药工业水污染物排放标准》(GB21903-2008)。 The pharmaceutical wastewater from erythromycin thiocyanate production in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region was very characteristics of complicate components, high concentrations of highly toxic substances, sulfates, organic matters and suspended solids, high chromaticity, and foamed, a combined process of relying mainly on biochemical treatment while making advanced oxidation technology subsidiary, the treatment capacity was 10000 m3/d. The results showed that the treatment system is stable and high efficiency, and the effluent can meet the requirements of Discharge standard of water pollutants for chemical synthetic pharmaceutical industry (GB 21904--2008) and Discharge standard of water pollutants for fermentation pharmaceutical industry (GB 21903- 2008).
