茂名市生活垃圾产生处理现状及分析

Status and Analyze on Maoming Municipal Solid Waste Generation Process

生活垃圾是指在日常生活中或者为日常生活提供服务的活动中产生的固体废物及法律、行政法规规定视为生活垃圾的固体废物。其主要包括厨余物、庭院废物、废纸、废塑料、废织物、废金属、废玻璃陶瓷碎片、砖瓦渣土及废家具、废旧电器等。随着中国人口进一步激增及城市人口进一步密集,工业化程度越来越高,城市生活垃圾处置问题也进一步被激化,可以预见,未来阻碍经济发展,破坏环境的一个巨大因素将来自于城市生活垃圾的如何处置。本人于2008年参与了我市的污染源普查,并主持编写了普查技术报告中的生活源的普查结果分析评价章节,现将我市2007年的生活垃圾产生及处理情况作一个介绍,希望可以抛砖引玉,引起广大有识之士的重视,并找到一个妥善的解决办法,从而使我市能更好的实现可持续经济发展。

Garbage is generated in the daily life or to provide services for daily life activities of the solid waste and the laws, administrative regulations as solid waste garbage. It mainly includes the kitchen wastes, yard waste, waste paper, waste plastics, waste fabric, scrap metal, waste glass ceramic fragments, brick and tile waste and waste, waste electrical appliances, furniture. With the further increase China population and city population further intensive, the industrialization degree is more and more high, city life garbage disposal is further intensified. Can foresee, future economic development, a great environment factors come from city life garbage disposal. I participated in the Maoming city＇s pollution source census in 2008,And part of the census report of life source census analysis section, now and in 2007 the city life garbage produced as an introduction, Hoping to attract, cause the majority of a person with breadth of vision attention, to find a proper solution, make our city can realize the sustainable economic development of better.
