摘要
采用AA3连续流动分析仪分光光度法对环境水中的氰化物进行了测定,且对测定水体中氰化物实验的影响因素进行了研究。实验结果表明,蒸馏温度,实验试剂的配制对实验均有较大的影响,蒸馏温度应选在155℃,吡啶巴比妥酸的配制应注意溶解温度和放置时间的影响。
A continuous flow analyzer was used to determine cyanide in the water. Influencing factors on the determination of cyanide in water were studied. The result indicated that the distillation temperature, the preparation of reagents have a greater impact on the experiment, the distillation temperature should be selected in the 155 ℃, the preparation of pyridine-barbituric acid should choose the appropriate solution temperature and this reagent is not stable.
