人才培养质量保障体系的创新是高等职业院校培养高技能型人才的必要条件,对提高人才培养质量具有重要意义。文章结合影响环境保护类高职院校学生学习倦怠的因素,从专业知识体系构建、情感教育与制度建设有机融合、实训技能的强化培养等方面探讨了高技能型人才质量保障体系构建过程中的重要问题,进而为优化职业技术院校的人才质量保障体系提供参考。

Innovation of personnel training quality guarantee system is essential for cultivation of high-technological talents in higher vocational college and it is important for improving training quality of talents. Combining the factors of learning burnout in environmental protection higher vocational college, the paper explores the main issues during process of construction of quality guarantee system for high-technological talent from construction of knowledge system, the fusion between emotional education and system construction, intensive cultivation of practical skills, which could provide reference for optimization of quality guarantee system in higher vocational college.
