[目的]总结全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师陈意教授临证思辨经验,以期助益临床。[方法]从"药不执方,合宜而用","法无定法,贵在得法","症因脉治,丝丝入扣"临证思辨要点阐释症、因、脉、治、方、药之间的关系。[结果]陈意教授临证思辨精要体现在"药不执方,合宜而用","法无定法,贵在得法","症因脉治,丝丝入扣"三大要旨,是临床把握症、因、脉、治、方、药关系的迅捷之法。[结论]医者当身体力行,细悟陈意教授临证思辨精要,四诊合参、体用合宜,面对病证的多变性与复杂性,循求得法、活用方药,提高病证方药的契合度,日久必有所悟、必有所成、必有效验。

[Objective] This article summarizes the essentials of clinical speculations by professor Chen Yi,the rational old Chinese medicine experts academic experience inherited instructor,in order to benefit clinic.[Methods] From following three aspects-the key points for clinical speculations：do not persist in formula,while choosing the appropriate; there is no fixed method,while it is valuable that in the proper way; symptoms,pathogenesis,pulses and treatments should be right on the best,they illustrate the relationship among symptoms,pathogenesis,pulses,treatments,therapy,formula and herb.[Results] The essentials of clinical speculations by Professor Chert Yi mainly talk about the three aspects as follows,which are smart principles in clinic to master the relationship between symptoms,pathogenesis,pulses,treatments,therapy,formula and herb.[Conclusion]Doctors shall practice what they preach,carefully understand Pro.Chen Yi＇s differentiating the essence in clinic,combining with 4 diagnosis methods,with proper combination of theory and function,seeking for good method,making flexable use of formula,to improve the integrating degree of disease,syndrome and formulae,then they will definitely get deep understanding,success and efficacy.
