[目的]介绍宋康教授治疗支气管扩张痰热蕴肺证的临床经验。[方法]通过临床随诊抄方,案例归纳以及查阅相关文献,总结宋康教授治疗支气管扩张痰热蕴肺证的经验。[结果]宋康教授喜用千金苇茎汤加减以治疗该证,对发作时症状的控制和稳定期疗效的巩固都有很好的效果。[结论]宋康教授临床经验丰富,尤善治疗呼吸系统疾病,其经验和临床思维值得我们学习研究。

[Objective] This paper mainly introduces the clinical experience of professor Song Kang in treating the type of pulmonary retention of phlegmopyrexia of this disease.[Methods]By going after with Pro.Song＇s outpatient service,sum up the treatment of patients with bronchiectasis and detailed research into relevant literature,conclude the clinical experience of professor Song Kang in treating the type of pulmonary retention of phlegmopyrexia of this disease.[Result]Pro.Song often treats the type of pulmonary retention of phlegmopyrexia of bronchiectasis with Qian Jin Wei Jin Tang and is effective in treatment,especially in controlling the symptoms and consolidating curative effect.[Conclusion]Pro.Song has rich clinical experience,and is good at treating disease of respiratory system.His experience and the thought in clinic is worthy our deep experiencing and study.
