CVB_3病毒性心肌炎的中医药疗效及其机制研究

Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine to CVB_3 Viral Myocardiatis and Its Mechanism

[目的]综述CVB3病毒性心肌炎(VMC)的中医药实验研究进展。[方法]文章分单味中药研究,复方中药研究以及其作用机制研究等三方面对中医药治疗CVB3病毒性心肌炎进行总结综述。[结果]单味中药、复方中药通过抑制CVB3复制,调节免疫功能和抑制心肌细胞凋亡等机制在体内外实验中治疗VMC。[结论]实验研究证实中医药治疗VMC疗效明确,但在作用机制研究等方面仍需进一步完善。

[Objective]The article reviewed the traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） experimental researches of CVB3 viral myocarditis（VMC）.[Methods]The TCM treatments of CVB3VMC were summarized by three aspects about single TCM,compound prescription and the mechanism.[Result]VMC could be treated by single TCM and compound prescription through inhibiting CVB3 replication,adjusting the immune function and inhibiting myocardial apoptosis in both vivo and vitro.[Conclusion] Experimental study confirmed that the VMC could be treated by TCM was clear,but mechanism of research needed to be further improved.
