摘要
文章主要讲述了用标准光栅标定双频激光干涉仪和经伟仪组成的球坐标 ,通过数据处理可以得到球坐标的矢径和空间两点的相对位置 。
This paper mainly relates using the standard grating to calibrate the sphere coordinates established by double-frequency Laser Interferometer and Altometer.Vector of sphere coordinates and relative position of spacial-point can be obtained by data processing.Measurement accuracy and factors having impacts on measurement accuracy can be further analyzed.
