摘要
本文对产自新疆伊犁5个不同品种薰衣草按ISO6571-2008标准方法进行精油提取及含量测定,并通过气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)法对其组分进行分析。含量测定表明:杂花、太空6号、太空7号、蓝白花、法国蓝精油含量分别为5.6%、3.2%、2.0%、1.8%、1.2%。组分分析表明:蓝白花品质较好,达国标要求;太空6号、太空7号、法国蓝3个品种组分接近,杂花品质最差,都与国标相差较大。
To compare and study the diversities on the content and chemical composition, lavender essential oil from different varieties in Yili was tested according to ISO 6571 -2008 standard method and was analyzed by gas chromatog- raphy (GC) and GC/mass spectrometry (MS). The results showed that the contents of essential oils in miscellaneous flower, Taikong six, Taikong seven, blue and white flower, French - blue flowers were 5. 6%, 3. 2%, 2. 0%, 1.8% and 1.2%, respectively. Component analysis showed that the quality of blue and white flowers was the best and met the requirement of the national standard; The essential oil in other three kind flowers were closer to the national standard, while the quality of miscellaneous flower was the least which had a big gap to meet with the national standard.
