韩国研究生教育及启示

The Characteristics and Implications of Graduate Education in the Republic of Korea

韩国研究生教育在二战尤其是20世纪60年代之后发展迅速。通过分析韩国研究生教育发展的文化与社会背景,探讨其培养模式。结合目前我国研究生培养中存在的问题,以韩国为启迪,从以下四个方面提出了我国研究生教育的对策与建议:研究生教育多样化发展;适当增加私立及民办研究生教育的参与度;采用更加灵活的教学方式;提升导师综合素质与教学质量。其研究成果,对于借鉴韩国研究生培养的教育教学经验,摸索适合我国研究生教育的新思路具有一定的理论意义。

Graduate education in the Republic of Korea after World War II, especially after 1960s, developed rapidly. This paper discusses the training mode of graduate education in the Republic of Korea by analyzing its cultural and social context. Combined with the graduate education problems existing in our country and the instructive example of the Republic of Korea, we propose the countermeasures and suggestions for graduate education as follows： the diversifled development of graduate education, the increase of the participation of graduate education privately-run and non-government funded, the flexible teaching methods and the enhancement of teachers＇ comprehensive quality and their teaching quality. The findings of this study can be used for reference of the education experience of the Republic of Korea to pave the way of the development of graduate education suitable for China.
