摘要 建立一种固相萃取-高效液相色谱荧光法检测辣椒制品中罗丹明B的方法。试样经固相萃取小柱净化、浓缩,以乙腈-乙酸铵溶液为流动相,保留时间定性,外标法定量。罗丹明B在1.0~100.0μg·L^-1。范围内线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.9999,相对标准偏差在1.6%~4.3%之间,回收率在85.6%~102.8%之间。该方法灵敏度高,精密度和重现性好,可操作性强,具有较高的实际应用价值。 Solid phase extraction combined with SPE - HPLC fluorescence detector to determine Rhodamine B in pepper was established. The extracts were purified, concentrated by HPLC using acetonitrileammonium acetate solution as mo- bile phase. The retention time was used as qualitative analysis and external standard was used as quantified detecting. Rhodamine B at 1.0 - 100. 0 μg L - 1 showed a good linear relationship. The correlation coefficient was larger than 0. 9999, the relative standard deviation was 1.6% - 4. 3% , the recovery rate was 85.6% - 102. 8%. The method had high sensitivity, good precision and repeatability. It has high practical application value.
