摘要
制备了一种自交联核壳型丙烯酸弹性乳液,测定了其红外光谱及粒径分布,并研究了该乳液在涂料配方中不同乳液用量对涂料拉伸性能及耐沾污的影响。采用扫描电镜表征了不同乳液含量下涂料的断面结构。结果表明当乳液含量为33%时,涂料具有较好的拉伸性能及耐沾污性能。
The elastic self-crosslinking core-shell acrylic emulsion is prepared. Analyzed by FTIR and particle size distribution, how varying emulsion dosage in coatings formula impacts on tensile property and stain resistance is researched. SEM shows the fracture surfaces under varying emulsion content. The results show that the elastic coatings have high stain resistance and good tensile property when the ratio of the emulsion is 33%.
