摘要
介绍了30万t/a一步法甲醇生产丙烯和汽油(MTPG)工业装置的工艺流程,分析了装置运行的工艺条件、不同工况下的物流平衡和能耗,并核算了产品效益。结果表明,MTPG工业装置运行平稳,可很好地解决甲醇转化为烃类产品过程中的强放热问题;在不同的操作条件下能够得到丙烯14.12%~18.03%、汽油14.61%~20.12%、MTBE5.08%~6.45%、民用液化气3.77%~4.51%;产品丙烯质量达到聚合级产品要求;汽油组分可作良好的高辛烷值清洁汽油调和组分。
The 300,000 t/a one-step methanol to propylene and gasoline (MTPG) process was introduced, the operational process conditions as well as the mass balance and consumptions at different working conditions were analyzed, and the product effectiveness was verified. The findings proved that the operation of the commercial MTPG plant was smooth and could properly solve the intensive heat release problem during the conversion from methanol to hydrocarbons. Under different operating conditions, the yield of propylene was from14.12% to 18.03%, gasoline from 14.61% to 20.12%, MTBE from 5.08% to 6.45%, and civilian LPG from 3.77% to 4.51%. The propylene product quality reached the polymer-grade requirements. The gasoline obtained therefrom could be used as a blend for high octane-rating and clean gasoline.
