Sufficient condition and necessary condition for the existence of double crank of plnnar five - bar linkage with two free degrees are differentiated in this paper for the first time. The sufficient condition of double crank is deduced according to Grashov's theorem. The necessary condition for the existence of double crank of five - bar linkage with two degree of freedoms is derived on the basis of assembling conditions.
