摘要
为解决甲醇弛放气制合成氨装置长期低负荷运行的问题,山东恒昌聚材化工科技股份有限公司采取了三种有效措施,使液氨产量大幅度增加:新建两段炉、甲醇转化炉燃料气和化产管式炉燃料气均改用合成氨PSA提氢系统副产的解吸气。改造后甲醇弛放气量大幅增加,保证了合成氨装置的满负荷运行。
To solve the long-standing problem of low-load ammonia production based on purge gas from methanol synthesis, Shandong Hengchang Jucai Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. adopted three effective measures and increased liquid ammonia output significantly. It built a new two-stage furnace, and the fuel gas for methanol conversion and also the fuel gas for tubular furnace to produce chemical products were both replaced by desorption gas. This revamping facilitated a great increase of the purge gas amount and that ensured full load production capacity of the ammonia plant.
