摘要
黄元御尤重中气,中气的正常升降流转是保证人身"一气周流"的根本,而中气本原在脾胃,己土之左旋,戊土之右转,此为气机之有序,逆则百病丛生,处方用药也多应从脾胃入手,调畅中气,却病延年。
Huang Yuanyu attachs importance to Middle Qi especilly, its ascending and descending of the qi normally is the fundamental of circular flow of qi, but Zhong Qi comes from the spleen and stomach,left ascending by spleen and right descending by stomach is the regular sequence of qi movement, otherwise all kinds of diseases and ailments will break out, thus prescribing always based on the spleen and stomach, regulating the qi of the middle energizer would vent disease and prolong life.
