摘要 作为电解铝行业能耗大户,铝用阳极生产需要消耗大量的能源,以目前国内比较普遍的预焙阳极生产为例,预焙阳极生产的三大工序中煅烧、焙烧工序所产生的余热保有量较大,目前除煅烧废气余热有部分利用外,其余全部对空排放,能源浪费巨大,同时对环境造成污染。 Anode production needs to consume a large of energy. Taking popular prebaked anode production in China as example, among three of the pro-baked anode production procedures, and larger waste heat from ealcining and baking procedures generate. At present, most of waste heat emits, exeeptthat a part of calcining waste heat is utilized, which a large of energy is wasted and causes thermal pollution to the environment.
