摘要
介绍了一种基于PCap01微小电容检测芯片以及电容法来测量河道冰层厚度的方法。水结成冰的过程中,电容值会随之发生变化,通过对电容值的检测可以间接的获得冰层的厚度。由于空气、水和冰的电容值较小难测量,现采用最新微小电容测量元件PCap01-AD、低功耗单片机MSP430F149、12864液晶显示模块和基于LabVIEW开发平台制作的上位机界面组成冰层厚度测量系统。其中PCap01-AD电容测量芯片通过SPI通信与单片机连接,上位机实现了数据的实时处理、显示和存储。实验结果显示,该系统结构简单,测量精度高,实用性强,功耗低,非常适合野外河道冰厚的测量。
An ice thickness measuring method based on PCap01 mieroarray and the capacitance measurement principle is introduced in this paper. The capacitance of water could change in the process of water congealing to ice. The thickness of the ice can be obtained indirectly by detecting the capacitance because of the difference capacitance of the air, water and ice. As the capacitance of air, water and ice are difficult to be measured, an ice thickness measuring system is designed ,which includes the latest micro-capacitance measuring element PCap01- AD, low power microcontroller MSP430F149, 12864 liquid crystal display module and the interface of the PC based on the LabVIEW developing platform. The PCap01- AD keeps communication with MSP430F 149 through SPI. The host computer realizes real-time processing, displayand storage the system precision, which is thickness. of the data.
