针对铁路运输站段实施 ISO90 0 0标准中存在的两种不同认识进行剖析 ,同时 ,根据铁路站段此项工作处于起步晚、缺少经验的实际 ,指出进行认证工作时 ,要策划总体方案 ,加强统一管理和专业管理等有关措施。

In view of the two kinds of concepts corresponding to the implementation of ISO 9000 standards in railway stations and depots, thorough analysis was done. Meanwhile, on the basis of the fact that the work on implementing the ISO 9000 standards starts up late and lacks experience, some measures on designing the whole program, strengthening the unified management and special management were given for the authentication.
