摘要
我国有专用汽车生产厂家 741家,占汽车生产企业总数的 84. 9%。与国外厂家相比,存在劳动生产率低、产品技术水平落后、新产品开发能力和国际竞争力较差等差距。进入WTO可以促进专用汽车行业的科技进步,有利于为中小企业的产业准入和融资开辟渠道等。但是,也使专用汽车市场竞争更加激烈,有些企业将面临被淘汰的危险。专用汽车行业进入WTO的应对策略应包括大力促进专业化生产,搞好市场分析与研究,建立技术创新体系,提高产品开发能力等。
There are 741 special purpose vehicle manufacturers in our country, in proportion to 84. 9% of total automotive production enterprises. Some differences such as lower labouring productivity, lower technical level in product production, inferior product developing ability and international competition ability are existed in our country compared with foreign automotive manufacturers. After joined in WTO, the special purpose vehicle industry shall be pushed forward for the science and technical progress, and shall open the ways for production permission and capital absorption to the small and middle enterprises. But some enterprises shall face against the risk of elimination at the same time due to severe competition in the special purpose vehicle market. The counter-measures for special purpose vehicle industry when joined in WTO shall be composed of urging strongly the specialized production, perfectly carrying on the market analysis and research, building up the technical innovation system, improving product developing ability and etc.
