摘要
目的研究65例肥胖高血压患者在不同糖耐量状况下血脂及超敏C反应蛋白变化情况。方法收集2012年6月至2013年9月间住院肥胖高血压病人65例,以糖耐量分组,比较两组间胆固醇(CHOL)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)及超敏C反应蛋白(HS-CRP)变化。结果肥胖高血压糖耐量减退组HS-CRP显著高于糖耐量正常组(HS-CRP:NGT vs IGT:1.61±0.95 vs2.27±1.28,P<0.05),两组间胆固醇(CHOL)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论肥胖高血压患者合并糖耐量减退时,其未来心血管事件发生的潜在风险显著增高,高血压的治疗需对心血管危险因素进行综合干预,全面降低心血管疾病的发病率和死亡率。
Objective To study the changes of lipids and high sensitivity C- reactive protein (HS - CRP) in different state of glucose tolerance in 65 cases of obese hypertensive patients. Methods 65 hospitalized obese hypertensive patients from 6 - 2012 to 9 - 2013 were enrolled. They are devided into normal glucose tolerance group (NGT group) and impaired glucose tolerance group (IGT group). Then we compared HS- CRP, TG, HDL, CHOL, LDL and so on between the IGT group and NGT group by spss 16.0. Results The IGT group has a higher HS- CRP than the NGT group (HS - CRP: IGT group vs NGT group 2.27 ±1.28 vs 1.61± 0.95, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion HS - CRP are higher in the obese hypertensive patients with glucose intolerance. It suggests that the potential cardiovascular danger of the obese hypertensive patients with IGT is higher and the comprehensive intervention is important to the treatment for hypertension.
