摘要
通过对国内有代表性的13家碳纤维企业和专业实验室的循环比对试验结果进行统计分析和研究,首次得到了碳纤维拉伸性能试验法可重复性和再现性的精密度数据,为准确测定和评价碳纤维的拉伸强度和模量提供了科学依据。
This paper reviews the developing history of the testing methods for tensile properties of carbon fibers, studies test precision and obtains precision data for the first time. Resulting from the statistic and analysis of the results of round robin tests from 13 representative carbon fiber producers and professional laboratories in China, the data of repeatibility and reproducibility of the test methods for carbon fiber tensile properties have provided scientific basis for the accurate determination and evaluation of the tensile strength and modolus of carbon fibers.
