摘要
SLM轻质混合料是目前国内较新型的材料,与国外的EPS超轻质材料原理类似,以其超轻质性、耐压性、耐水性、耐久性、自立性及施工便利性的特点,应用于软基处理中,特别是桥梁接坡、挡土墙中,对于减少引桥长度、消除桥头跳车、减小挡墙结构、便利施工可起到较好的作用。针对上海市松江区秀春塘桥遇到的因地下障碍物而导致的桥台后挡墙无法施工的问题,从材料性能、工期、劳动力、造价等方面分析比较了替代方案。选取以膨胀珍珠岩为的骨料的SLM轻质材料作为替代的材料,并进行了相关的计算分析,提出了施工工艺、要求及质量验收标准。
SLM light mixture is a new material of China now. Similar with the principle of foreign EPS super-light material, its characteristics of super-light quality, pressure resistance, water resistance, durability,self-reliance and construction convenience are applied in the soft subgrade treatment, especially in the bridge slope and retaining wall, and can play better role to decrease the length of approach bridge, to remove the bridge head bump, to reduce the retaining wall structure and to be convenient for construction. Aiming at the problemsofhard toconstruct the retaining wall at the back of bridge abutment caused by the underground obstacles met in Shanghai Songjiang District Xiuchuntang Bridge Project, the article analyzes and compares the replacement schemes from the aspects of material property, construction period, labor force and construction cost. SLM light material with the aggregate of expanded perlite is selected to be the replacement material. The article introduces the relative calculation and analysis, and proposes the construction technology, requirements and quali tytestacceptance standard.
