摘要
目前,浙江省公路工程建设中个别预应力结构桥梁存在管道定位不准、有效应力不足、孔道压浆欠密实等质量问题。该文介绍了慈溪市胜山至陆埠公路工程项目为进一步加强桥梁预应力施工质量,提高结构的耐久性,所采取的提高施工质量的措施,包括全线推广智能张拉、压浆系统,引进预应力专项施工第三方技术服务,并在预应力施工管理中落实浙江交通厅125号文件的要求,做到预应力施工"实时跟踪、智能控制、及时纠错",在切实提高预应力施工质量和效率的同时,大大提升了预应力施工管理水平。
At present, the quality problems of incorrect pipe positioning, insufficient effective stress and poor duct grouting dense exist in some pre-stressed structural bridges of Zhejiang Province Highway Project. The article introduces Cixi City Shengshan–Lubu Highway Engineering Project. In order to strengthen the prestressing construction project of bridge and improve the durability of structure, the measures are taken to improve the construction quality, including the promotion of the full-range intelligent tensioning and grouting systems in the whole line, and the introduction of third-party technical services of pre-stressing construction,and implementation of the document No.125 issued by Zhejiang Province Communications Department in the pre-stressing construction management. The prestressing construction of'real-time tracking, intelligent control, and timely error correction'should be done. At the same time of practically improving the quality and efficiency of pre-stressing construction, the pre-stressing construction management level will be greatly enhanced.
