摘要 随着"四新"技术研究与应用领域的发展,上海市市政给水、排水管道工程所用管材已普遍采用球墨铸铁管、化学建材管(聚乙烯管、硬聚氯乙烯管、玻璃钢夹砂管)、柔性接口钢筋混凝土管等,但由于一些工程参建单位对新技术的认识不深,技术要求掌握不足,新的质量问题也随之产生。介绍市政给排水管道接口形式,分析目前聚乙烯管道现场接口热熔熔焊技术应用中的主要问题,阐述了聚乙烯管道接口现场熔焊连接的质量控制环节。 With the study of 'four-new'technologies and the development of application area, the pipelines used for the municipal water supply and drainage pipeline projects are the nodular cast iron pipe, the chemical building material pipes(polythene pipe, rigid polyvinyl chloride pipe, glass reinforced plastic mortar pipe)and the flexible interface steel reinforced concrete pipe. But the new quality problems arise because of some engineering construction units not understanding the new technologies more and not mastering the technical requirements enough. The article introduces the interface type of municipal water supply and drainage pipelines, analyzes the main problems of polythene pipeline interface in the field hot melt welding technology application, and sets forth the quality control link of field melt welding connection of polythene pipeline interface.
