摘要
建筑工程项目管理,主要通过管理使项目的目标得以实现。该文从施工实践经验总结出,如何才能搞好施工项目管理的若干意见。主要有:配备高素质的项目经理;组织高效率的项目经理部;搞好施工方案,配备好机械设备和周转材料;搞好设计变更及其鉴证;搞好"进度、成本、质量、安全"四大控制;实行奖惩制度等。其内容可供同行参考。
The management of building engineering project can make the goal of project achieve. The article sums up how to manage the construction projects better from the practical construction experience, mainly providing with the high-quality project managers, organizing the high-efficient project manager departments,doing the construction schemes well, equipping with the good mechanical equipment and surrounding materials, doing the design change and verification well, doing the four controls'of schedule, cost, quality and safety well, and implementing the system of rewards and penalties. The relative experience can be referred for the similar projects.
