废弃砂浆类建筑垃圾活性激发研究

摘要 对废弃砂浆类建筑垃圾进行破碎、筛分和粉磨后,研究了粉磨时间、碱激发剂以及复合激发剂对砂浆微粉活性的影响。采用抗压强度、抗折强度、XRD和TG-DSC-DTC对试样的力学性能和微观结构进行了测试。结果表明:随着粉磨时间的延长,砂浆微粉的活性不断提高,粉磨时间超过40 min时,活性增长的趋势变缓;碱激发剂(NaOH)可以提高砂浆微粉的活性,当NaOH掺量为3%时,活性达到最大值;复合激发剂(NaOH+CaSO4)可以显著提高砂浆微粉的活性,NaOH与CaSO4的比例为1∶1,当掺量为3%时激发效果最佳。 The article studies the influence of grinding time, alkali activator and compound activator on the mortar powder activity after the waste mortar construction rubbish is broken, screened and grinded. The article tests the mechanics property and microstructure of test example by the compressive strength, flexural strength, XRD and TG-DSC-DTC. The result shows that the mortar powder activity is continuously improved with the extension of grinding time. The trend of activity increment becomes slow when the grinding time exceeds 40 min. The alkali activator(NaOH) can improve the mortar powder activity. The activity will reach the maximum when NaOH admixture is 3%. The compound activator(NaOH+CaSO4) can obviously improve the mortar powder activity if the proportion of NaOH and CaSO4 is 1:1. The activation effect is optimized when the admixture is 3%.
