The article introduces a foundation pit excavation construction project of building property located in Shanghai, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of gravity dam enclosure, and sets forth some measures, selection of enclosure type for project and deformation monitoring in the construction process so as to guarantee the safety of foundation pit construction in the premise of high economic efficiency.
