The difficulties of female college students in career programming lie in the absence and imbalance of self exploration, their insufficient reaction to the challenges from the employment market, and their unclear career orientation. Therefore, career programming instruction should take into consideration the gender characteristics, attach great importance to female college students＇ self-analysis of their career-related character, and enhance their consciousness in developing core competitiveness and their ability in dealing with career development challenges.
