摘要
归属感是人重要的心理需要。宿舍是大学生日常人际交往和学习的重要场所,其住宿和学习体验对学校归属感具有重要影响。混合住宿作为一种重要的学生住宿管理模式在国外已有悠久的历史,但对于国内高校而言,仅有少数高校引进这一模式,具体实施效果尚待评估。采用定性和定量相结合的方法对S大学混合住宿学生学校归属感进行深入研究后发现,总体而言,该校本科生学校归属感处于较高的水平,且住宿学院学生学校归属感显著优于非住宿学院学生。
Sense of belonging is an important part of human psychological need. Dormitories play a vital role in students' daily interpersonal and learning activities. Students' sense of belonging can be greatly influenced by their residential and learning experience. As an important management mode, mixed accommodation has been practiced for long in foreign countries while in China not many colleges have introduced this mode and its effect needs to be assessed. An in-depth survey was conducted among the students in mixed accommodation in S University. By means of both quantitative and qualitative analysis, it is shown that the students in question generally enjoy a high sense of belonging, significantly higher than that of nonresidential students.
