摘要
高校学生干部在自身发展中面临的问题及解决的策略,始终是学生管理工作关注的现实问题。通过对大学生要求成为学生干部的多维剖析,逐步呈现学生干部在处理学习、工作、生活以及后续发展中所面临的问题,进而解析其应对之策,有助于学生干部提升综合素质,对于营造稳定和谐的校园氛围,促进国家人才建设皆极具现实意义。
The problems in the growth of student cadres and their solutions have been widely concerned in university student affairs.A multi-dimensional analysis of students＇appeal for leadership helps profile the potential problems student cadres may have in their learning,work,life and successive development.Only after this can we hopefully figure out the solutions and promote the overall quality of student cadres.
