一种无起爆药钝感电火工品的射频感度试验研究

摘要 针对钝感无起爆药点火器射频感度高于装配敏感装药的桥带和半导体桥火工品设计感度的问题,从产品结构及装药两方面进行了分析和试验验证,找到了钝感无起爆药电火工品射频感度偏高的失效机理,并提出了改进措施。本研究对后续电火工品的抗射频设计具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。 Aimed at the radio frequency(RF) sensitivity of some non-primary insensitive electro-explosive device, which was little higher than that of initiator with bridge strip and semiconductive bridge igniter, the analysis and verification tests were carried out from the structure and the charge of product. Then the mechanism of the higher RF sensitivity was found, as well as the improve measures were put forward. The study provided some reference for anti-RF design of electro-explosive device.
