摘要
针对电点火具作用时间的测试需求,设计了利用光纤作为传感器采集光信号、现场可编程门阵列进行计时的作用时间测试系统。同时利用本系统对某点火具进行测试,将获取的数据经Origin处理绘制曲线,并与靶线法测试结果进行了对比。试验结果表明,光纤测试法相比靶线法测试精度高,具有一定的稳定性和可信度。
In order to meet the measurement needs of function time of electric igniter, a new function time testing system was designed, by using the fiber as sensor for collecting light signals, and FPGA for timing. Atype of igniter was tested by using this system, then the obtained data was processed by Origin and compared to that from the target line method. The test results showed that the accuracy of the designed fiber testing method is higher than that of the target line method, and it is stable and credible.
