摘要
目的探讨分析区域家蝇抗药性变化水平。方法在相同的家蝇孳生地,采集成蝇,带回三门峡市疾病预防控制中心昆虫饲养室饲养,取F1代羽化后3~5d的雌性成蝇,采用微量点滴法进行家蝇抗药性监测试验,用POLO软件对数据进行统计分析比较家蝇抗性变化水平。结果三门峡市区家蝇对拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂为高抗性水平,且呈上升的趋势;对敌敌畏为低抗水平。2011年与2006年结果相比,家蝇对敌敌畏的抗性水平下降了37.6%,对溴氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯的抗性分别增加了2.61和1.19倍。结论多领域、大剂量使用拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂是家蝇抗性水平逐年增加的主要因素之一。
Objective To analyze the change of insecticide resistance of Musca domestica in Sanmensian city. Methods Adults of Musca domestica were collected in the same breeding ground. The F1 female adults of Musca do- rnestica of 3 - 5 days old were selected for the resistance monitoring test with topical application method. POLO soft- ware was used for data processing. Results Compared with the sensitive population,Musca domestica in Sanmenxia city developed high resistance against pyrethroid insecticides, while the resistance to DDVP decreased by 37.6% in the year of 2011 compared with 2006. The resistance to deltamethrin and alpha-cypermethrin increased 2.61 and 1.19 folds respectively in year of 2011 compared with 2006. Conclusion Musca domestica in Sanmenxia city has devel- oped high resistance against pyrethroid insecticides.
