本文从转Bt毒蛋白基因玉米的培育及商品化 ,Bt毒蛋白基因在转基因玉米中的遗传分离与整合、对玉米螟及其它害虫的杀虫效果、对天敌种群数量和玉米病害发生程度的影响、玉米螟对转Bt毒蛋白基因玉米产生抗性及解决措施。

This review briefly focused on the progress at home and overseas in the study of transgenic corn transformed with Bt toxic protein gene,including the breeding and commercial production of transgenic corn transformed with Bt toxic protein gene,genetic segregation and combination of Bt toxin protein in transgenic corn,insecticidal effect on corn borer and other pests,influence on natural enemy population amount and corn disease,corn borer tolerance to Bt toxic protein gene and countermeasures,and the potential ecological risk of transgenic corn transformed with Bt toxic protein gene.
