摘要
大庆油田开发50多年来,不断产生套损井和重复套损井,成片套损区数量增大。截至2013年8月,累计有套损井1万余口,且每年新增套损井1千余口,大量套损井的存在严重影响油田正常生产。套损类型、套损程度和不同套损井区块的地质条件异常复杂,增加了套损分析的难度。为了强化油田套损井管理,有效分析套损成因、预测区块套损趋势,指导油田套损井防护和套损区块预警,提升油田套损井综合治理的针对性,利用地理信息技术(GIS),依托大庆油田最新井位图,把各采油厂的套损数据库组织起来,实施一体化管理,建立套损井分析评价平台,完成大庆油田套损井的整体布局,实现油田套损井和套损区域的动态分析、监督和管理,科学识别地下压力异常区域,完成油田采油厂、钻井、修井等系统的联动和集成,在套损井、地下异常区域和套损层位之间建立多维、多角度和多方位的关联,满足多单位对地下复杂情况认识和施工的需求,更好地适应油田长远发展的要求。
As the development of Daqing oilfield more than 50 years ,casing failure wells and repeated casing failure wells have continuously appeared,and the number of casing failure zone has increased.By the end of August 2013,the accumulative total number of casing wells has been more than 10000,and an annual increase of casing failure wells is more than 1000,and a large number of casing failure wells has seriously affected the normal production of the oilfield.Type and degree of the casing failure and extreme complex geological conditions in various casing failure zones make casing failure analysis of the oilfield harder.In order to strengthen the management of casing failure wells of the oilfield ,causes of casing failure should be effectively analyzed and trend of casing failure in the blocks should be predicted so as to guide the protection of casing failure wells and issue the warnings in the casing failure zones and improve pertinence of the integrated management of the easing failure wells in the oilfield.Database of the casing failure of every oil production plant has been organized for integrated management,and the analysis and evaluation platform of the casing failure wells has been established and the overall layout of casing failure wells in Daqing oilfield has been completed through geographical information technology (GIS) applied and the latest position map of Daqing oilfield.The dynamic analysis and supervision and management of the casing failure wells and casing failure zones in the oilfield may be realized.Underground abnormal pressure area may be scientifically identifled.Linkage and integration among oilfield production plants, drilling and workover systems have been completed,and the muhi-dimensional,muhi-angle and multi-direction association among the casing failure wells, underground abnormal pressure areas and horizons with casing failure have been formed in order to meet requirements of more units for the underground complex situations and the construction and to meet the demands of long-term development in the oilfield.
