宏观背景下的县域城镇化发展考察——基于青州市和金寨县的实证研究

Micro Investigation of County Urbanization Under the Macro Trend: Case Studies of Qingzhou and Jinzhai

本文通过对国家政策变化、城乡联动发展态势和工业化发展等现象的分析,力求客观认识县域城镇化发展的宏观趋势。结合对山东平原和安徽山区两类典型县的细致调研,考察城—镇—村体系在新时期的发展态势及其影响因素。力求通过宏观趋势和微观考察两个层面的研究,来梳理县域城镇化的动力机制、发现县域城镇化的空间特征,进而理解中国整体的城镇化发展。

This paper intends to recognize the macro development trend of the county urbanization objectively, through the basic analysis of the change in national policy, the development trend in urban-rural interaction, and the development of industrialization. Taking two typical kinds of counties in the plain area of Shandong and the mountain area of Anhui as case studies, this paper investigates the development trend and influencing factors of the city-town-village system in the new period. Then, on the basis of the macro trend and the micro studies, this paper summarizes the forcing mechanism and the spatial characteristics of county urbanization, in order to understand the general development of the urbanization in China.
