摘要 目的:探讨Mindray-BC5300检测末梢全血时检测时间对血液分析结果的影响。方法:用BC5300血液分析仪对30例末梢全血标本分别于采血后0、5、10、30min连续检测,观察血液分析结果中WBC,RBC,HB,HCT,PLT,Neu%,Lym%等主要指标的变化。并将其中10例同时采集静脉血作为参考比较。结果:采血后0min分别与5min,10min,30min相比,WBC、PLT、Neu%,Lyre%差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而其他参数间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);采血后5min和10min相比,所有参数间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);采血后5min和30min相比与采血后10min和30min相比,PLT差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),而其他参数间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。10例静脉血结果与5min,10min末梢全血各参数间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:BC5300检测末梢全血时,采集后立即检测会对某些指标有明显影响,应在放置后5~10min内进行检测。 Objective:To investigate the effect of testing time on the result of tip blood samples by Mindray BC5300. Method:The 30 tip blood samples were detected at 0,5,10,30 rain after blood drawing by BC5300 and the results of WBC,RBC, HB, HCT,PLT, Neu% and Lym% were analyzed. Meanwhile, venous blood samples of 10 patients were detected as reference. Result.. Only WBC, PLT, Neu% and Lym% had significantly changed at 5,10 and 30 rain from 0 min(P〈0.05) ; while all the parameters had no significant changes from 5 to 10 min(P〉 0.05). Only PLT had significantly changed at 30 min compared with 5 and 10 min. Ten results of venous blood samples had no significant changes from 5 and 10 min(P〉0.05). Conclusion:The tip blood samples should be detected at 5 to 10 min after blood drawing by BC5300.
