摘要
实际电网运行中 ,存在机群出力受约束的情况。针对此问题 ,建立了考虑机群出力约束的机组组合模型 ,将问题转化为两层多下级无关联的主从递阶单目标决策问题。主问题是经典的机组组合问题 ,从问题是以机组出力上下限修正量最小为目标的局部优化问题 ,进而提出了主从问题的协调算法。
In the operation of practical power system,the power output of some machine group is restricted. A unit commitment model considering power constraints of machine group is presented in this paper. The model is translated into a two level single object decision making problem with leader follower strategy with no relation between lower levels. The leader problem is a classical unit commitment problem, while the aim of the lower problems is to minimize the modified quantity of utmost output value of the generators. The coordinating algorithm of lead problem and lower problems isput forward. The effectiveness and practicability of this approach are proved by the experience of applying the approach to Jilin power system.
