摘要
根据复合绝缘子压接连接界面结构特点 ,分析了界面和芯棒的机械力传递机理和金具最佳形状结构 ,得出了在室温下组装的芯棒径向弹性变形量不宜过大的结论。
According to the features of assembling the construction parts of press tight interface for composite insulator, and the requirement of the optimal construction of line fittings and the transferring mechanism of mechanical property amid joint interface and core, it is found out that under room temperature the radial elastic deformation of core of assembled interface should not be selected too large. It is pointed out that the variation of fiber content in the core will influence the deformation of the core.
